How Do We Work?

Our goal is to make getting home care easy. We work with you each step of the way, from determining eligibility through providing ongoing care.

  • What does MODANI do?

    MODANI provides professional home care services to individuals who want to live in their own homes but require assistance due to a disability, chronic disease, or advanced age. MODANI is a Provider for AD Waiver in-home care and the VA.
  • What is the AD Waiver?

    Nebraska’s Aged and Disabled (AD) Waiver is a Medicaid program that provides home and community-based services to people who need a nursing-facility level of care. It allows people who are 65 and older, or any age with a qualifying disability, to live at home instead of at a care facility.
  • How much will MODANI’s services cost me?

    Our professional in-home care services can be covered by a wide range of insurance plans. Individuals who are eligible for Nebraska’s AD Waiver Medicaid program or VA coverage can receive care at no cost to them.
