Serving families across Georgia, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, and Pennsylvania
To help people remain safely and independently in their own homes by simplifying access to care, benefits, and support — with dignity, clarity, and respect.
At Modani Care, our mission is to remove barriers that make home care feel overwhelming. We guide individuals, families, and caregivers through complex systems like Medicaid and VA programs, ensuring they receive the care and benefits they are entitled to — without confusion or unnecessary stress.
Every decision we make is centered on the real lives behind the paperwork.
A healthcare system where home care is accessible, understandable, and human — no matter where you live.
As we expand across states, we aim to build locally informed care experiences that respect regional needs while maintaining the same standard of trust, ethics, and support everywhere we serve

You deserve a clear path to care — not confusion about eligibility or coverage.
Modani Care was created from a simple belief: everyone deserves to live with dignity and comfort in their own home — regardless of age, disability, or financial situation.
Our founder, Joel Krausz, experienced the realities of long-term caregiving firsthand while caring for his father for 17 years. He saw how confusing and fragmented the home care system can be, especially for families trying to balance work, caregiving, and complex eligibility requirements.
That experience revealed a gap: families didn’t just need care — they needed guidance, advocacy, and someone who understood both the human and regulatory sides of the process.
Modani was built to bridge that gap. Today, we support thousands of clients across multiple states, helping individuals live independently at home and enabling families to care for loved ones without unnecessary financial or emotional strain.
Our values
We understand the real pressures families face. We’ve worried about loved ones, wrestled with paperwork, and felt the weight of responsibility that caregiving brings.
That’s why we focus on honest, down-to-earth support — no jargon, no false promises, and no pressure to make decisions before you’re ready.
Your story matters. Before we suggest solutions, we take the time to understand your situation. What challenges are you facing? What does “good care” mean to you? What keeps you up at night?
We listen carefully because the right care plan starts with understanding what truly matters to you and your family.
Home care systems can feel overwhelming — from Medicaid rules to insurance requirements and ongoing assessments. You don’t have to figure it out alone.
We stay by your side, helping you navigate eligibility, paperwork, approvals, and next steps; while making sure you receive the benefits and support, you’re entitled to.
Home provides stability, familiarity, and dignity. It’s where memories live and where people feel most themselves
We’re passionate about helping individuals remain at home, surrounded by what matters most, while receiving care that respects their independence and routines.
Progress isn’t always measured in milestones. Sometimes it’s a smooth assessment, a favorite meal enjoyed at home, or peace of mind after a long week.
We celebrate those everyday moments because they’re often the ones that make life feel manageable and meaningful.
Home care regulations and standards evolve — and we evolve with them. We continuously improve our processes, training, and support based on real feedback from the people we serve.
Your experience helps shape how we do better, every single day.
After my stroke, I was scared I'd have to leave my home of 40 years. Modani made sure that didn't happen. They helped me navigate the VA benefits I didn't even know I qualified for, and found me a wonderful caregiver. Thanks to them, I'm still enjoying my garden and my independence.
