Home care in Idaho may be covered through Idaho Medicaid under State Plan Personal Care Services (PCS) or the Aged & Disabled (A&D) Waiver. If approved, many eligible individuals pay little to no out-of-pocket cost. Some participants may have a Share of Cost (SOC) determined by the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare.
