Home care in Pennsylvania is often covered through Medicaid, also called Medical Assistance, when eligibility requirements are met. Most services are delivered through Community HealthChoices (CHC) and approved Managed Care Organizations. Many families pay little to no out-of-pocket costs once services are authorized.
